HOW
TO ORDER
Job Initiation
Your packaging design can be realized in various ways; by sending
a sample of the product, by faxing the technical drawing of
the product. We will then closely communicate with you in person,
phone, and fax or by email to address your requirements, ideas
or concerns.
Technical Requirements
This stage involves choosing the best material and technical
requirements to produce your packaging needs. We will conduct
an in-depth analysis to determine the function and requirements
of your packaging needs. For example, if your product requires
a direct contact with food items, we will recommend a food
grade plastic sheet material in order to make your packaging
product safe edible products. ALFORM can form all types of
plastic sheet materials available in the market such as: PVC,
PP, HIPS, OPS, PET (APET,PET.E, PET.G).
Prototyping
After we have agreed on the material and shape of your packaging
product, we will move to the production cycle. A prototype
and a sample will be sent to you for approval. After we receive
your approval and the prototype is accepted, we will proceed
to make the mold required for thermo/vacuum-forming your pieces
and schedule the job into the facility.
We utilize 2 types of mold:
a). Aluminium mold: for durability and faster production speed.
b). Epoxy mold: for cost effective saving and quicker design
alteration.
